So I've finally purchased a Wacom Cintiq 13HD, but I ran into a problem. Whenever I try to use my new Cintiq, my Photoshop and Paint Tool Sai BOTH won't open. I updated my driver, I updated my Wacom driver, I reinstalled everything and I did the troubleshoot for compatibility. I finally figured out that when my Wacom Driver is running, the programs won't open. I'd have to go to task manager and close it before the programs would open.
